With the success of the previous years jersey hook program, we wanted to capitalize on that momentum going into 2020. To maximize our sell through, the previous year’s design (a jersey that the team carries into a second year as part of licensing deals) we wanted our sales partners to be able to not only chase with last year’s product, but also tell a new story. We approached the league with the concept of taking those hyper local jersey elements that were on the side of the cap; and featuring them as the primary front cap logo. Along with this new headwear story; we were also the first to work with the league to feature championship stars (previously only found on official on-field jerseys) with team logos for a second headwear story.
